History on artist.Gary Shead Born in New South wales in 1942,Shead Studied at the North Sydney Technical collage.A Painter and Film Maker he was associated with the Arty Wild Oat and Ox magazine.He won the archibald price in 1993 and is now represented in all Major Art Gallerys in Australia including National Art Gallery in Camberra.
